Membership of the Society is open. With effect from January 1, 2021 , the Membership Fees are as follows: (a) : Annual Membership: Rs. 500/-; and Sessional Membership: Rs.300/- ; (US $15/- for foreigners) (b): Life Membership: Rs. 3000/- (US $150/- for foreigners, US$ 100/- for members of the Socitiies having Reciprocity arrangement with IMS and US$ 50/- for those from the SAARC countries). The membership Fees may be paid by outstation applicants by a Demand Draft (or payable at par cheque) drawn in favour of the INDIAN MATHEMATICAL SOCIETY payable at Aurangabad, Maharashtra. FOR STATE BANK OF INDIA, THE BRANCH CODE IS 1716. ONLINE PAYMENT / BANK TRANSFER IS PREFERRED. For the bank details in this regard refer the details at the bottom of the Membership form. * Sessional Members are those who join the Society only for a particular Session. They may contribute papers for presentation and/or participate in any of the academic programmes held during the Session. The Life Members of the Indian Mathematical Society who have registered their e-mail with the Society are entitled to a FREE on line access to The Mathematics Student or a FREE copy, on line in electronic form (on request), of The Mathematics Student for their personal use (not for circulation). They can subscribe the Journal at Rs. 2500/- (US $ 50/-) for their personal use (not for sale/resale). Member in good standing : A member is considered to be of good standing in a particular year if he/she has paid his/her Membership dues by July 31 of that year.
